Terms & Conditions
All payments are to be made to these accounts: POSB Savings 124-45142-6 or UOB 347-373-059-4. Either your iBanking nickname or a snapshot of the receipt (for ATM transfers only) is required when emailing us your payment details.

01. All orders are to be emailed to us at weheartkorea.lj@gmail.com

02. You may send in payment for your items before you email us, and in the event that your item is out of stock, we will make a full refund to you.

03. We set strict deadlines for when payments and payment notification mails must be in - usually every Wednesday by 7PM, so if your payment and notification email isn't in by then, your order will be pushed to the next batch. We will inform everyone if any deadline changes, so please follow our Twitter for the latest information.

04. All prices exclude normal postage, registered postage and international shipping, if applicable, unless otherwise stated.

05. Additional charges are as follows:

No show - In the event that you have confirmed a meetup but fail to turn up, you will be charged a flat fee of $5 to arrange for an alternative meet up. This is to discourage buyers from giving us wrong information.

In the event that you are unable to perform meet ups, we also provide postage services. Normal postage rates are according to the weights of the items purchased and will be charged according to local postage rates (non-standard) as advised by Singpost. In the event that the items cannot be sent through post (e.g. too bulky, rolled posters etc) we will make alternative arrangements for you to collect your item(s).

To have peace of mind, please opt for registered mail, which will cost an additional $2.25 per parcel. We will send you the tracking number once we have sent out your item(s).

06. We will check and pack all items before they are sent out. However, if they are lost/damaged while in transit, we will not be held responsible.

07. We reserve the right to reject any order at our sole discretion, with no reason given.

08. We may not be able to reply all emails promptly. Please do give us at least 24 hours to reply emails, especially during examination periods. Announcements will be made during these times.

09. Strictly NO refunds/exchanges once payment has been made, unless in special circumstances (such as OOS or defective item, wrong payment made, etc). These will be considered on a case by case basis. All judgements by weheartkorea will be final.

10. We will not hesitate to blacklist dead buyers or any buyers who give us trouble.

11. When collecting items via meetup, please check your items before you leave us as we will strictly not be held responsible for any complaints of inaccurate or damaged items after you have stepped away.

12. In the event that items do not match the description given, we will try to talk to our respective suppliers but we do not take any responsibility if the interior or exterior differs in any way from what has been listed.

13. weheartkorea reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

14. By ordering from us, you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to abide with our terms and conditions.

Re: How long must i wait???
I am sorry , but we have stopped orders until July.
If you order it in July , it'll roughly take a month as it is a Japanese product and we need to accumulate a certain amount of orders before we order.
