03. For those who prefer postage, standard postage rates within Singapore will be charged. We will not be responsible for any lost mails, so registration of items is highly encouraged. In addition, there will be a flat fee of SGD4 handling and packing charge per package. As there is a cap of 2KG per item to be sent out by mail (unless you'd prefer the more expensive alternative, to which we'll advise accordingly) your order may be split into different packages and you will have to pay the full fees per package sent out.

05. All postage charges will be borne by the buyer. We will advise regarding total cost(s) once we have processed your order.

06. Handling + packing charges (inclusive of wrapping, bubble wrap, etc) are charged at a flat rate of SGD4 per package.

In short, the calculation of the total amount that overseas buyers have to pay can be worked out as follows:

(Cost of Item(s) + Shipping Charge + $4)*1.036 + SGD0.50

Shipping to Poland will cost $55 SGD by normal air parcel which is the cheapest method available.

By Worldwide Air Parcel, it'll be $47.90 and will take 7-10 working days to deliver. By Worldwide Courier, it'll be $74.05 and will take 2-4 working days to deliver ^^

The cheapest method of shipping would be by air parcel which is registered and takes 1-2 weeks to arrive :)

Assuming that if you pay by paypal,the total will be :

($58 + $55.80 + $4)*1.036 + SGD0.50= 122.54SGD

Hello :)

If you're paying via ATM, you go to any ATM, key in your PIN, then select the option on the bottom right, I think it's called "More Services" or something like that. There will be an option called "Funds Transfer" or something similar. Once you select that, you select "Transfer to Other Account" and you choose the account type, in this case "POSB Savings". After which, you just enter the account number, 124-45142-6, and choose the amount which you want to transfer. After that, collect the receipt, take a photo of it and send it to us and we'll be able to process your payment :)

Shipping CNBLUE's First Step will cost SGD12 plus SGD4 of handling fee. This will take roughly 2weeks as estimated by Singapore post. This option includes the poster being folded , if you prefer to have it rolled, it will be more expensive.

There are more expensive options if you prefer, but we feel that this is more cost effective. The more albums you order , the cheaper the shipping will be.
